Model 1189 from Empower RF SystemsModel 1189 from Empower RF Systems is a recent addition to the company’s portfolio of building block designs incorporating the latest GaN device technologies and control functionality. The module delivers 100W minimum, 125W typical PSat over 500 to 2500MHz at typical efficiencies of 45%.   An industry leading, small form factor package (7.4 x 3.6 x 1.06) allows for easy integration in compact system designs. This building block module is well suited for use in defense, communications, and test applications.
