This low capacitance, low thermal resistance silicon PIN limiter diode is designed as a shunt connected PIN diode and can be utilized in multiple markets including infrastructure, military, consumer, land mobile radios, jammers and radar. This low loss, general market diode is ideal for high volume commercial and industrial OEMs, ODMs, and contract manufacturers.
