ATEC Seeks Technical Marketing Writer

Advanced Test Equipment Corporation is a global hi-tech equipment rental company located in Sorrento Valley. We are seeking a technical marketing communications specialist to write technical articles, news releases, email marketing, attend trade shows (travel required), and assist with lead support for the Rental Agents. This position is in the Marketing department reporting to the Marketing Manager, working in a fast pace environment.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Write creative copy for email marketing campaigns/advertisements/newsletters/social media
• Write technical white papers, line cards and other product/industry content for article submission to publications and content development
• Represent company at tradeshows and industry hosted events
• Meet with technical and industry experts to produce informative industry information
• Monitor and measure all sources of leads including web, advertising, PR, and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business to business
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge in Technical, Electronics or Engineering Ability to understand technology
• BA / BS Degree
