JS-Kit Comments - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

About a month ago, I began adding a visitor comments area to some of the pages (JS-Kit code). Have you tried adding a comment, only to have it not appear after you post it? From what I have seen, it looks like maybe the first post does not always "take." If that has been you experience, then perhaps I should put an initial post on each page just to make sure. Thanks for your input.

Hey Kirt, I did post a comment once and it worked OK, but another one seemed to diasppear. I don't remember now if the one that didn't stick was the first on the page. You'd better check that out. :lol:

Thanks for letting me know about the disappearing page problem. I have not had that happen on my tests, but I'll try some more. The JS-Kit code was recently updated (on their end), so maybe that was causing temporary problems.
