making choices - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

well I dont know if this really fits in the employment section but here goes.
For the sake of anonymity I been working as a technician @ company "A" got a job offer @ a very prominent company "B" . My issue is I am not very happy @ "A" . Basically im a overpaid assembler that know has become lazy. Know i am worried that i am going to have to really hard @ company "B".
I really like company "A" it has great people /boss also good work enviroment and i find that hard to find. I dont see company "A" finding a postion i like.

I dont believe i am saying this ( i used to be a hard worker) , but i am not sure what to do. I guess i am worried if my skill are up to par ,or it my be new job butterflies.

Any advice?

So if you stick at Company A, fat, dumb, and happy, what happens in 3 or 4 years when you are laid off because of a change in corporate direction? If you move to Company B, will you learn things and become a better tech?

I would agree with Dave. Also, if you think you are lazy, I guarantee that others see you that way too.
