Opening for an Electronics Engineer at the Army Research Lab - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

The Army Research Lab (ARL) is looking for Engineers with the following backgrounds; Directed Energy, Antenna Design, High Power RF Design. The work involves theory, research, experimental modeling and design, analysis, and characterization of specialized high power RF /Directed Energy systems and EM effects. High power RF work includes RF sources, antennas, modulators, power conditioning, diagnostics, and mode converters. DE work includes pulse forming networks and components, hard tube and semiconductor switches, inverters, energy storage and protection devices.
