Digital Communication - Entry Level Positions - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Hi all,

I have graduated from an MSEE a couple of months back with a concentration in Digital Communication / Wireless Communication.

It has been hard for me to target companies which hire entry level engineers with such a profile. I have interviewed onsite with a few big companies like QC and Motorola but did not get a positiove response.

I have been trying to target Mid to Small companies hoping they would not be that choosy. But rarely do I see them offering open entry level positions. I am in a big dilemma what to do.

Anyone has ideas of companies which look for engineers for entry level positions. It is just getting harder and harder to get a decent job.
