Cobham is seeking
an Account Manager to join the team in Exeter, NH
to be responsible for overseeing all activities
associated with technical government program(s).

Cobham Antenna Systems, Exeter Facility

Exeter manufactures custom microwave components,
integrated high performance assemblies and antennas
for radar, electronic warfare and communications
systems supporting the Aerospace and Defense Industries.
Account Manager
Responsibilities:•Responsible for the
cost, schedule and technical performance of company
programs or subsystems of major programs.
•Participates
in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
•Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business
plans, proposal work statements and specifications,
operations budgets and financial terms/conditions
of contract.
•Acts as a primary customer contact
for program activities, leading program review sessions
with customers to discuss cost, schedule and technical
performance.
•Establishes milestones and monitors
adherence to master plans and schedules; identifies
program problems and obtains solutions, such as
allocation of resources or changing contractual
specifications.
•Directs work of employees assigned
to the program from technical, manufacturing and
administrative areas
Account Manager
Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree required,
preference for degree in Engineering, Business or
Marketing
•3+ years experience in account management
or sales in electronics or passive RF products (such
as antennas, wave guide components, integrated assemblies,
switches, cable systems) required
•Ability for
up to 10-20% local travel and once per quarter non
local
•Excellent communication skills, verbal
and written
•Candidate must have a technical
aptitude to market RF Components
•Ability to
obtain and Maintain Secret Security Clearance
Account Manager
Preferred Qualifications:•Experience
with US Defense contracting preferred
•Customer-service
oriented, articulate and have the ability to properly
represent self and company when conducting briefings
and cold calls
•Dependable, organized and have
excellent interpersonal skills
