help about push-pull amplifier - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Hi!I am designing a 200W, IMD3< -40dBc amplifier for 30-88MHz application, I am going to using MRF6VP2600 of freescale.The test circuit(225MHz) are as follows:

There are two baluns(T1 and T2) , they are coaxial line transformers, is there anyone known the parameters of these baluns(length and Zo)?
(Baluns are made by Comm Concept, and I have email Comm Concept company, but they didn’t reply me)
Since the Comm Concept company didn’t reply me, is there any other products I can use to substituted for T1 and T2?
Maybe I have to make it myself, can you give me some reference on how to make a balun like this?
