The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Hi, I need to design a discrete PA circuit. Band: PCS1900(1850 to 1910MHz), power 5W, Vcc=6V. GSM input signal

Can any of you suggest a transistor supplier that supplies transistors which can handle these requirement?

Regards,
Tom

Try Eudyna

http://www.us.eudyna.com/products/MW.htm

or APT

These two should cover most applications. You may need to use a higher power device at lower voltage to meet your requirements.
