Power amplifier design - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

hi :

you may want to check the following books that I found quite extensive in PA IC design :

[1] S.C.Cripps, Advanced Techniques in RF Power Amplifier Design, London: Artech House, 2002.
[2] G.Gonzalez, Microwave Transistor Amplifiers Analysis and Design, New Jersey: Prentice-Hall Inc, 1997, 2nd edition.
[3] L.E.Larson, RF and Microwave Circuit Design for Wireless Communications, Artech House, Inc, 1996.

Hope it helps

Regards,
Jean (EUDA)
