Hi, I want to ask if it is correct
to measure Op-Amp output impedance by measuring S22 with Network Analyzer

The answer is yes,
but just be sure you do not exceed the DC voltage input level to the
network analyzer.

Hi,
I agree with Brad. just wanna add, probably it's safer
to use attenuator at the port 2 of network analyzer.

The assumption
made in the previous responses is that you want the closed-loop output
impedance (of the entire circuit), not the intrinsic output impedance
of the operational amplifier (by itself).
Is this a correct assumption?
