I'm looking for what the best type of antenna is
for high directivity. I'm looking to do a Tx/Rx
system with very narrow line-of-sight in ISM900
MHz band, and want to minimize signal power off
the beam sight line. Thanks.

Try Log-Spiral one.
a planar log spiral is not directional!
A conical log-spiral is. However, it'll be broadband
and circularly polarized. If you want linear
polarization, a Yagi-Uda antenna is indeed preferrable
